  WHAT'S HOT AND HAPPENING AT

	THIRD QUARTER BOARD MEETING—AUGUST 23 The next regular meeting of the Board will be held on Monday, August 23, at 3:00 PM in the clubhouse. The change from the normal Saturday morning meeting is necessitated to accommodate the schedules of the directors. Draft Agenda
	RESULTS FROM THE ANNUAL MEETING—JULY 24 The annual meeting witnessed the election of three directors: Bill Kaniho, Rob Oberbillig, and Jim McIntyre. Click on this link for the minutes of the meeting.
	SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH: We don't like to think of losing Ryan as our superintendent, but sometime after October it's going happen. He is providing us considerable lead time, and we hope to make use of this time with a careful search. Ryan possesses a considerable skill set that we hope to find in someone else. 	NEWPORT ZONING ORDINANCE REVISIONS: Newport's Planning Commission is proposing revisions to Section 2-4-7 of the Newport Zoning Ordinance. These changes, if adopted by the City Council, could affect your property values and any new construction. To learn more about this, click HERE.
