Short term rentals of less than 30 days are not permitted at Southshore. Longer term rentals are permitted.  The protocol for listing rentals was established by the Board on February 19, so now anyone wishing to advertise a rental of 30+ days can do so.

Yes, there are both beach front lots as well as others scattered throughout the community. Some are available; others are not at this time. The protocol for posting lots for sale was established by the Board on February 19, so owners wishing to advertise lots for sale may now do so.
