I'm a resident, but when I try to register, I cannot get into the web site. How can I?

Residents should already be registered. If you have lost your instructions regarding your username and password, go to the Contact Us page and send a note to the webmaster and you will be contacted with further instructions. If you have just purchased property in Southshore, please ensure you have completed the Southshore New Owner Registration Form once your escrow has closed.
Are there lots available in Southshore on which to build?

Yes, there are both beach front lots as well as others scattered throughout the community.
Are there any rental units at Southshore?

Short term rentals of less than 30 days are not permitted at Southshore.
